Hunter Land acquired the Hit’n’Dip complex in 2019 intending to capitalise on the need for commercial premises that could be purchased. The target market is Maitland-based professionals and health users allied to the New Maitland Hospital opening in 2022.
The project will showcase Hunter land’s strong performance in developing commercial projects in Maitland with over 30,000m2 of space built since 2000.
