  • Hilton Grugeon AM - Chairman

    Hilton became involved in industrial development initially as owner/ landlord in 1975 and became an extensive developer of light industrial estates including Cardiff Industrial Estate, the then-largest light industrial suburb in the Hunter, from 1989 to 1993.

    Hilton also has very extensive business and property interests throughout the Hunter Region giving him an unsurpassed contact base that is built around value creation through partnerships.

    He is a former Chairman of Directors of HMRI Ltd.

  • Graham Burns - CEO

    Graham is a marketing specialist whose direct involvement in industrial and commercial development spans 40 years of experience in on the East Coast of Australia. He has worked for Jones Lang Wootton, Hooker Corporation and Prime Property prior to founding Hunter Land in 1993

    He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Business Administration (Technology) from UNSW’s Australian Graduate School of Management. He is also Chairman of ASX-listed EVZ Ltd.

  • Geoff O'Shea - Financial Director

    Geoff joined Hunter Land since 1997 in the role of Financial Controller for the group, having previously worked for Westpac Banking Corporation in their Commercial Banking Department in Newcastle.

    He manages joint ventures and deals with financing our projects, and client liaison during the development process.

  • Brad Ure - Development Director

    Brad Ure has been directly involved in Industrial and Commercial development since 1980 with 40 years of experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Retail Real Estate on the east coast of Australia.

    He worked for Hooker Corporation, AMP Limited, and retail project entities prior to joining Hunter Land in 2000. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1980 and is a former Associate of the Society of Valuers and Land Economists.

  • Brad Everett - Planning Director

    Brad joined Hunter Land in 2006 as Planning Director to create planning outcomes that support the production and sale of Hunter Land’s projects of all types.

    He has tertiary qualifications in Planning and Management, with over 30 years of practical experience in planning and environmental areas. Brad’s technical background combined with a practical outcome-orientated approach ensures that opportunities are explored and brought to fruition in a timely and cost-effective manner.
