About the Estate
Anambah Business Park was the second major estate developed by Hunter Land at Rutherford and followed Racecourse Business Park. The development partner was Royal Newcastle Aero Club.
Anambah Business Park comprises 60 hectares that is now fully developed. It is located on the West Side of Maitland, with a long frontage to New England Highway, and two round-a-bout access points.
This estate has flexible zoning and level land make this a favourite for mining support, engineering and many service users that include Joy Mining (now Komatsu) with their Hunter HQ, plus Caltex and Kennards. Retail users include Anaconda, Hunter Motor Group and Pullins Floor coverings.
