Thornton Industrial Estate was Hunter Land’s flagship from 1997 to 2005. Over 100 hectares of lots were developed, with many new buildings constructed by us for specific pre-lease or
pre-purchase needs. 

Today the estate is seeing a second generation of buildings as the updated commercial zoning provides opportunities for a different and higher order of uses. The estate’s adjacency to the 5,000 lot Chisholm Residential Release Area has benefited users.
