McDougall Business Park is a 65-hectare industrial estate managed by Hunter Land and developed in partnership with Bloomfield Coal. Stage 4 is now complete. It has direct access to and exposure from the New England Highway.  

The target user market has been mining support, engineering, agriculture and tertiary services for the significant urban area of Singleton. Over forty projects have been completed here including Bunnings, Complete Parts and Farmers Warehouse.
