Hunter Land’s Freeway Business Park is being built in three precincts. Located at the end of the F3, Freeway Business Park provides easy Freeway acess to Sydney, and highway links to Newcastle, Cessnock and Singleton via the Hunter Expressway. In all precincts, land is available for purchase, and Hunter Land offers buildings through deisng and construction packages for lease or purchase.
Central Precinct was completed in 2005 and has limited land still available including two high visibility sites on main road frontages (rcing on request - design and construct preferred).
